Hi everbody!
I've got the following problem: I try to make Leo Messi in editor far better(like in real life!) than he is on the game, but everytime I start new game he turns up *****! For example: I change his dribbling to 17 and his teamwork to 18. When I start new gate his teamwork remains the same, but his dribbling is like 8 or something. Why does this happen and is there any way I can fix this?

It may be down to his current and potential ability and the fact that he really is crap.

Sorry for the thread title!
He is crap? Yes, he is on game, but he is one of great potentials for the future in real life. I don't think that is down to his current and potential ability becouse I changed his potential to 185 and kept his current.

You'll need to change his current as well if you want him to be great straight away!

So there is no other way, other than changing his current ability, that he developes into worldclass player? Becouse i would like that he starts with current like 120 and with dribblig 17,technique 17, crossing 15 already in the beggining. And with intesive training and playing he reaches 185. Then he would have dribbling aswell as techique 20, crossing 18 and so on.

Well, at 120, his stats would be lower than 17 I'm sure. At 17, his CA (current ability) would need to be at least 170 if I remember correctly.
Don't quote me on that though. Have a search, I'm sure I saw a thread recently regarding it.
Try setting his CA around 175 and his PA (potential ability) at 200. You should see a marked difference in his stats then.

I'm really dissapointed becouse I had thought that this editor is more capable. When I'm playing game with some club I only play a couple of seasons. I never play 10 years. And why is that? Becouse in 10 years all worldclass players doesn't exist anymore. And I hate that! And the editor was my only hope to make thing happen for the future. All youth players in the beggining of the game are poor in mental stats. There's now way that in future a player will rise with similar stats as Roy Keane. Becouse a couple of stats doesn't change with players developement, and how many youth players have workrate and teamwork 20? 0!
So I ask you this:
Is it possible to make a 14-year old boy like that, that when he is 25 he will be like Henry? That he will have pace 20 and all the other stats similar?

Yes,that is also true. But I made an experiment and I changed Messi's age to 22. And later on 26. But the stats remain the same-always bad!
