Hey folks

ive created my own FM2005 update so if anyone wants to try it feel free. Ive never done anything like this before so i hope it will work when peopel try to download it.

Anyway here is the full sp about my update...

*All english premiership transfers updated to 16/8/05 plus major european club transfers

*Updated all english division promotion/relegations from last season

*Updated all manager changes for all english league clubs & major european clubs upto august 2005

*Updated league winners in all english leagues, Champions league & UEFA Cup from last season

* Renamed leagues correctly e.g EPL to Barclays premiership

its very basic atm but im hopin if it works and i get more experience at sharing my databse then i can improve, if it is succesful i will bring out a 2nd update after the transfer window closes

Without even opening the db I've just downloaded, I think you've missed something out.

Like the db files (.dat) which make up the db. The download should be at LEAST 30mb+. Your file is only 9mb!

Also, I've just downloaded it AGAIN and it looks like the file is corrupted. You might want to check it again and reupload the db.

ok thanks for lettin me know dan. ill take a look at it tomorrow but for now ill remove the file so no one else can download it

everytime i try to uplaod the file it says there is an error on the page. im using filefront btw!! you are right dan, the file should actually be 44mb but it always seems to upload a quarter of it. can anyone help?

At the second attempt and many days of getting p****d off with it not uploading properly i have finally released my FM 2005 update 1

one problem ive noticed straight away is you have called league one and two the "championship league one/two" where its actually coca cola league one or just league one

also brentford has not been touched if you want i can give you info on them

the names were too long for the jobs page so you wouldnt be able to read the whole name. As for brentford as i stated at the top ive only done barclays premiership and major european clubs as im witing till the transfer window shuts then im gonna attempt the lower leagues
Everything else ok so far for premiership?
