I am going to make a Great Britain National team in my game, I'll be taking what I think is the best 50-60 players from the UK & Ireland and changing their Nationalities to Great Britain, hopefully I'll be able to play this team In Europe and World cups.
Giggs, Scholes, Duff......u get what I mean?

Only thing that bothers me is that I keep thinking that once these players retire I wont get no GB regens coming through, what do u guys think?

you cant make a team, great britain are in the database, to activate them just simply check its continent as europe, but you will create errors as you will have 1 more nation than it can handle, and you cannot uncheck a nation... best thing to do is to rename england lets say to great britain, change all scots/n.irish/welsh to great britian (english will already because you've just changed the nation), but then you will have 3 national teams which do absoultely nothing!

lol but those three teams do absolutely nothing anyway, both in the game and real life. lol before I get hate posts from you guys, I'm Welsh myself and just thought that sounded amusing.

Just a few points... Scholes has retired.

And besides, seriously, it will just be an English squad with Ryan Giggs on the left. I tried the same thing.

I made the Scottish top players in (by their form and goals) English along with most of the Wales players. Sven still picked a full English squad and left Giggsy on the bench.

Also, the full team name should be 'The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland' and shortened as United Kingdom (as that encompasses Northern Ireland AND Great Britain). You also said UK & Ireland. Ireland is an island and nothing more. As a whole has nothing to do with the UK except that a part of it belongs to the United Kingdom. The republic is its own country and Northern Ireland is just a province, just like England, Scotland and Wales.

I know people refer to England as a country but unfortunately it's not. And for any arguments, kindly take a look at your passport.

So anyway, does that mean you'll have Roy Keane playing for the three lions then or will it really just be the home nations?

lol I dont even pick when I'm Man Utd in the game, I personally think that a through the last decade Keane was the best midfielder in the world, But he has never quite made those performances in any of the CM or FM games.
