ryanhurc is infamous around these parts
Default Stadium Expansion
I have tried twice now to expand the stadium of Celtic Park. Twice the request has been granted and then complete. Then two game days later suddenly my stadium's capcity is down from 75 000 to 60 000 again. Why is this? :@

If you are using a outside editor make sure the max size of your park isn't less than 75000.

This was fixed in the 8.0.1 patch... So just install the patch
