Its is November in my currant game, I am in my second year in charge and I am startin to think that I may have to change my trainig

Whilst I was flicking through my first team playes I was horrifies to fine that five of them had red arrows beside almost every attribute.

When I first started with the trainisg schedule that i am using, one that I made myself, it was going good and there were lots of green arrows.

I dont understand why it has suddenly changed, any ideas!?

Oh ya.. how to have those green or red arrows beside ur stats? i do not have them...

true, i mite take the arrows off cause its not gud to see when ure player has got utter crap!!

Select the option on the top right of the screen with player stats....says something like "show training results"

So is there any advice as to what to do!? or am i best just to leave it and it will sort tiself out?
