This really could & should have been solved with a half-decent AI for the Ass.Manager, that way you could choose to let your assistent manage what you dislike or don't have time for (& have him do it per his abilities) while "Tweekes" could go into whatever detail they like...

Boring, I've heard all the whines a 1000's times already.

And for the record, why do you blame Sega? Because they do not make the game.
