Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default A quick training question (re: new positions)

I have a few players who are 'accomplsihed' in certain positions, and I'd like to train them to be 'natural' instead. Is it possible to do this by selecting a new position training set-up for them, or not?

If so, how long does it usually take?

According to Cleon, it's possible to train younger players to become natural in a position, as long as you play them in that position too. I also personally think they're hidden versatility/adaptability rating will come into play too.
