Really love this, nice bg and good effects. Render is a bit strange though. I think it needs to be softer.

By the way - how did you get the Argentinian badge rotated to the side like that? Would love to know as I've seen badges like that on a few GFX's.

Edit->Transform->Skew(something like that)

good work but the smudging is too close to the render and it's like in a straight line sort of. it has to be a little bit random to look nice.
