Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Lyssien is on a distinguished road

Well, increase Aerobic or/and Strength training to "high" (for a start), but decrease everything else so that overall training stays the same.

Keep in mind:
- Both Pace and Strength are very hard to improve if the player is not very young.
- Pace is very hard to improve even for young players, but for some of them it's not impossible.
- If ther player's overall ability does not improve, gaining Pace or Strength will mean that other attributes will decline.
- Doing a lot of Aerobic or Strength training may lead to increased injuries.

So if I were you, and the players were young, I would make specific schedules for the players who need pace (set Aerobic to "High" and decrease everything else as I told you above) and specific schedules for those who need strength (set Strength to High, decrease everything else), and wait for a season to see if they develop.
