I'm a lot like the Nazi invasion of Russia I suppose
My invasion of the higher reaches of the table goes great for the first few months, but then January and February comes around and my advances start slowing down, my shock troops stop scoring, and it all ends deep down in a bunker in Berlin. Errr. Except that last bit.
So, any general advice on changing tactics for the harsh English winter?

What stopped the Nazis winning in Russia? Ah, the weather! And Hitler not listening to his Generals.
Bad weather and poor man-management! More parallels than you may think
You think the title was serendipitous? I get no credit </BLOCKQUOTE>
You do, but I only 'got' the weather reference. Hitler splitting his troops into three rather than sending them all helter-skelter for the oil, against all the advice he was given..... You were really thinking that
