I've seen posts where people have stated they bought players and loaded them out to affillate clubs in order to gain work permits. how is this actully done as my tranfers just seem to get cancelled. any help on this matter would be much appreciated.

You need a feeder club which is primarily for loaning out players to get a work permit. If you have one of these then your transfers will not get cancelled but you will be told you will need to loan these players out until you can get a work permit for them.
If your chairman likes and trusts you he will let you pick the type of feeder club you want but if not then you just have to wait until a work permit feeder club comes up when you request.
