I've seen posts where people have stated they bought players and loaded them out to affillate clubs in order to gain work permits. how is this actully done as my tranfers just seem to get cancelled. any help on this matter would be much appreciated.

I was just about to make a post about this point and also confused about this as i have always had my transfers cancelled due to work permit

Okay, here is how to do it:

Get a Belgian feeder club (Okay, it can be another European one, but Belgian ones take less time to get them the permits), so it will all be random at the start of the game, the board might offer one, or they might not, keep trying if they don't.

Second, buy the player, then after his work permit fails, appeal. If the appeal fails, he will remain in you squad, unable to play. You can loan him out to the Belgian feeder club from there.
