Default some clarification on PA's please

Hi all, just seeking some clarifications on PA's. What PA ranges do -10, -9 etc actually represent? And what would you consider to be the cut-off level for a world class player, and also for a solid top table english prem player? I realise PA isn't the be all and end all and some players with less than spectacular PA's can be class if they've got high stats in key areas (eg Briand in 8.0.1). Cheers in advance.

I would consider 170 and over as world class
-10 is a random PA between 170 and 200
-9 is between 150 and 180
I wouldn't go lower than 160 PA for a solid premiership player. Personally I look at stats; I don't use FM Scout or Miniscout.

-10 means it will be between 170 and 200 in game.
-9 means it will be between 150 and 180 in game.
