Ok I'm in the Prem in Jan 2010 and I have just bought Matt Taylor and Javier Pinola. I planned to play Taylor on the left wing and Pinola at left back but I also bought Martin Jiranek from somewhere in Russia as a centre back to play alongside Wilson and Kaebi at right back. I also have Julian Benett who is my captain and he can play left back or centre half. I dropped Bennett and played Pinola left back and Taylor left wing. Taylor had a terrible game at left wing so I subbed him for Bennett and put Pinola at left wing. In the last minute Pinola scored but I don't want to play him there often because it isn't his natural position.
Who should I play where?

I'd give Taylor at least one more chance at LM, with Pinola behind him.

If that doesn't work out, perhaps try Pinola in midfield for an easier match (League Cup?), with Bennett at LB.

If everything else fails, sign another LM, and have Taylor as second choice LM.
