Teams valuations of their own players has always been **** tbf. For example I started a game on 8.0.2 yesterday with Villa, put in a £7.5 million for Bentley (he was valued at £5.25 mill) so I thought it was a good offer, however, they come back asking for £31 million. WTF!!!!
Sorry to double post, but I know he's classed as 'indespenible'(sp) and I wasn't expecting to get him on my first offer, but asking me to nearly break the world t'fer record is just stupid.
To be fair Bentley would not be sold for £7.5 million IRL. Maybe £31 million is too much to ask for but £7.5 for possibly their best player is a bad offer.
I've started a new game like i said i would and here are the tranfers i've completed so far:
Menez 10m
Samba 1.7m
Makoun 10m
Fernandez 12.25m
Soon to sign Stancu for 1m and am looking for a good striker to replace Martins as he's a whinge bag. Don't know whether to just risk Briand. Any suggestions?

Yeah I know, I was seeing if I could cheekily get him on the cheap, I was expecting a rejection or a negotiotaion to a more realistic price (around 13 million I would of been willing to pay, give or take)
I found Kasper Schmeichel on the transfer list when he was an inter milan player and he was worth £4.7 million. however, they had set an asking price for him. of £88million. :o
