basically his contract runs out end of the season and i cant afford the wages he wants. tried sellin players freein up the wage bill and addin money from my transfer budget but the board still wont give me the wages needed. also asked dem 4 more transfer and wages refused on both. any ideas??

Wait till the very last minute then offer him a contract and he will accept lower wages than he's getting at the minute.

Or...

Alternatively let him go and bring in a younger DMC or CM for alot cheaper and less wages but just as good.
