I play Redditch in BSN and set up a few friendlies against grey non league teams to try build some morale for my players and whatnot, and always seem to get demolished by them, whether I let my Ass man take the match or play it myself, and have tried more than a few different tactics.

Is it a bug? Or am I just really bad?

what patch are you playing ? because in patch 8.0.0 and 8.0.1 this is a known issue . not too sure wether it has been resolved in 8.0.2

it's still a prob in 8.02. just started a new game with it and had olympiakos in champs group. there quality leftback scored to beat me 2-1. its not my fault they dont have enough "real" players in the squad. if i sell my layers and have to pick a grey is he quality? no, he's *****. why do i get punished cos olympiakos dont have lb!
