Im a world-class manager who has taken Boreham Wood from the lowest playable division and brought them to the Premiership in 5 consecutive promotion seasons. I've given them a taste of Europe even before we finished our first season in the Premiership, and am a 60% winning manager. I've brought a $110,000 club to currently holding $15million in their bank, and making nearly a million every match. You've been delighted with EVERY single competition I have entered so far, every cup I have gone further than you could have hoped, and have been in 2 cup finals (granted, not winning them).

And still, you are thinking of sacking me because I am fighting for 15~17th space instead of harboring along my promised mid-table position. You should be making statues of my all over your city and sending me cars, not "considering my future at the club". Please to be fixing :thup:

P.S. I realize its been posted before, but another patch gone and still no fix :]

easiest solution to this would be for SI to completely remove the confidence section . therefore making long term games playable .

They promised me cookies after my second promotion, and I only recieved almonds... but you don't see me threatening their jobs! My doctor says poor job security is the reason of my stress problems.
