to my knowledge, there is only one consistency stat that a player can have, though there are many ways a player can be in-consistant

Dribbling
Shooting </UL> (just to name a few
although, to my knowlegde, consistancy in FM is based on game to game.
I've been thinking about adding a sort of, "in game" consistency stat, that covers they stats mentioned above
(i.e make it easy for a natural goalscorer to be re-created in the game, or for instance, Celtic's Massimo Donati, who can hit great 50yard passes, then messes up simple 2/3yard passes)

Interesting. Straight off, it brought to my mind Gilberto Silva, when he used to play in the Arsenal first eleven regularly. I always had the impression that for 6 months his passing was great, and then the next 6 months it was atrocious. Throughout, his defensive consistency was very good. Nowadays not even that is good...
