Is there a way to change the number of foreign players, who can be registered and can play in some league ? Because the headresearcher of Chile have not done it...

I don't think so? I think this is hard coded into the game? I suggest reporting it in the bugs forum and hopefully it will be sorted by FM09 :thup:

Probably the only thing you could do is give the players dual nationality and hope this issue is fixed for FM2009.
