Guys,

Does pace ever increase dramatically with age. I have a 16 yr old in my youth team, who looks like he might be quite decent, thing is, for a winger, he only has 5 for pace. Will this ever get past 10?

I know pace is a high contributary factor to a great player and this guy might just be another technically sound but slow player, is there anything I can do to "bring him on?"

with the right training you can make him very fast. best bet is to go to the Tactics and Training forum to see how to develop a certain area of a players attributes.

Some aerobic training should help. I'm sure it will go above 10 though as he's only young. I've seen this many times.
