Does anyobdy know how to make you player from abroad to settle in quciker

I bought Pablo Aimar , for 22m

How to u make players settle in ?

One way would be to have coaching staff or other players from his country at your club too.

It depends what you are refering to. Does he specifically say he cannot settle or do you mean he is not playing very well?

Having another player from the same country can help with the first problem, or having staff with the same nationality also. The second problem is just a case of waiting and hoping in my experience.
