i'm not sure about them but i think some floral brushes. i don't know what can we really do because most probably, the graphic designer of the product desgined them himself becasue the ones of Deviant art aren't for sale purposes.

They tend to make their own, you wont get THE copy, maybe something similar

Yup, designed by the designer, are flowers made with the amazing pen tool, you know thos ads are printed in huge dimensions, so sorry they are not brushes.
If they were brushes, the final result will be a print with a very low quality.
