So now on my desktop i have the little FM icon with the patch number underneath along with the normal FM game icon.
Ive just clicked on the normal icon to get into the game but it seems to be exactly the same as the old one. (I checked QPR, because i support them, and none of the players we bought in real life were there).
And everytime i click on the new FM patch icon it just says 'update' and seems to update it again.
If you have run the patch and had the message "Updated 47 out of 47" (or something like that), then launch FM the usual way, before you load your save-game, click on preferences and it should tell you the current version in the banner at the top.
You can also check this in your save-game: load your save-game, click options > preferences, and again it should tell you the version in the banner.
Note: this is the game code version - not which database you are using.
To use the new database you need to start a new game.
Sorry to be a pain but ive just got one little thing bugging me.
Since ive got the new patch, during a game it doesnt let you click on the word 'pitch' (on top left below Overview and Preview) while a 'key' moment isnt happening and the clocks just ticking by. You used to be able to.
Is this the same with everyones? Just seems a bit weird.
