That's a really nice idea mate. I think if it was executed better then it'd be a classic of a wall but there's a few things that need a bit of working on - still there's a lot of potential with regards to the wall.
+ The text works well and it's inventive, which is a major plus.
+ The goal is a nice touch, expecially as it has a certain 3d about it.
+ The rain is peachy.
- The buildings in the background need blending in as well as bringing more depth to them. The colouring doesn't seem to work but I think there needs to bit more contrast between the near and far buildings.
- It needs a bit more mood if you know what I mean. You see the lamps, they don't really effect the lighting that much. You should have it so they light up the main areas of the wall.
- There's a puddle which doesn't quite fit.
