is it normal to snow in italy in August ??

cause i`m playing with Brescia and i played my 1st Cup game Home and the Pitch was a Snowy one with the orange ball but the overview screen was Dry ? is it a bug ?

Virtually all my games are like that now. The 802 patch has broken the undersoil heating and condemned the Earth to eternal winter.

Now i really can't wait to start a game...i've never seen it snow in FM!
