Is there a way I change change the wrong Ireland (Republic of) logo?

Do you mean you need the new logo or you already have it?

You may have downloaded a graphics pack with an incorrect config.xml file - make sure the nation ID referred to is '789' for Rep. Ireland.

Make sure the lines read like this:

<record from="iceland_away" to="graphics/pictures/team/774/kits/away"/>
<record from="iceland_home" to="graphics/pictures/team/774/kits/home"/>
<record from="ireland_away" to="graphics/pictures/team/789/kits/away"/>
<record from="ireland_home" to="graphics/pictures/team/789/kits/home"/>

From what I can remember, one of the teams two or three below is wrong too; turn on the IDs in the game options and check them out.
