How about a facepack of youngsters/no known's, for instant freddy guarin, anthoney vanden boore, hatem ben arfa, mohammed zidan etc, thatd be well good!

do you's know any reasonably big teams that have no facepacks. I will look into facepacks for people such as freddy guarin.

Doing those "unknown" players (Ben Arfa) etc is bad idea. It has been done already (1000s of times) As of now there is no facepack for ANY Malaysian team. That's perhaps a good thing to do.
Don't forget:
95x95
1 pixel black border
png format
filenames = id (best and easiest thing when using fmXML)
