It's hosted on Sourceforge.net (i.e. not on his site) so I guess it is not a problem. To be honest Sourceforge are very good at hosting files so I'd leave it there, if you have a web site of your own just link it to their mirrors.

After all you have your own bandwidth to think about.

I dont have any trafficlimits, so not a big problem, and I'm not really using it myself atm.

Might as well contribute something to the community.
