I think I may have found a way of "converting" a legaue to another nation.
For example, you were going to use the austrian league, in the editor goto the competitions, and change EVERY Austrian league/cup etc. to estonian, then simple swap all the teams round, and then start the game as austrian, it will convert to estonia in the game (after europe it will say estonia not austira) and will also use the estonian co-efficients ect.
This is a very effective tool for any league conversion. Hope you like it.

I've thought about it a bit and I think I've tried this before and upon loading the game, it crashed to the desktop without any error message. I think I've even written about it somewhere here and asked for help.
But I'll give it a try nonetheless, in a few hours though.

ok, did it and tested to see what effects it has. There were alot of bugs, the new Premier League with Estonian clubs had only 8 teams instead of 10 and in the First Division I only had 1 (one) club... Then in the cup competitions there were only Austrian clubs competing. The European qualification was just how it is supposed to be in the first season, didn't go on to see how is it in the second season.
so, perhaps I did something wrong. The first thing I did in the editor was that I switched the nations off in the 'competition' screen for both Austrian and (non-playable) Estonian leagues. Then changed all the clubs. That was all.
So I'm really sad to say that I found I can't make it work.

change the austrian competitions & make them estonian, the vice versa for estonian competitions, then swap teams around (not enough estonian teams to fill austrian non-league so you might want to either make up some estonian teams yourself, or just make their reputation zero so they wont get promoted, making teams will take longer but it will ensure that no austrian teams take part in the cup.
Then rename all the competitions, select the austrian league and it should work

ok, did exactly that. I can get it as far as the league running smoothly in the first season, but then Austrian clubs start getting promoted to the first division and the cup competitions are still messed up because the austrian clubs are participating along with estonian teams.
I feel so dumb. how can I not get it to work properly, I want it so!
Would you have a quick try, you seem to have the exact knowledge on how to make it work. But then again, can't blame you if you don't want to be bothered...
