Scottish Cup's Names does NOT change!!(trying construct a superleague...)

I am trying to build up a superleague in the place of Scotland Leagues.I managed to change whatever it takes in the 4 divisions in order to retain Clubs nationality and get rid of UEFA cups.
The Problem i have is that when I try to edit and change the name of the 3 cups (Tenneth,CIS and the third one) of Scotland,editor accepts it , I save the db but when I start the game Cup names stay as it were.
When I upload the db again I see that custom names for the cups HAD NOT BEEN SAVED!

Any Ideas why?

You must start a new game for any changes you make in the editor to take effect.

Wot I say is that I start a new game and the only names that did are not affected are the Scottish cups!

Four division Leagues are OK!

Changing club names is reflected within save games, so I'd guess competition names are too.
