Of course you cannot change the start of the game date in editor. It's writed in the game code and editing it is illegal, I think.

Are all the transfer completed like Vierra to Juventus and Hleb to Arsenal. Have you updated Alexisander Hlebs position on the Arsenal website he is listed as a winger but on the game he is listed as a AMC.

Downloading the databse looks completicated can anyone post the intuctions on how to download the database.

I think it's great that people work so long on an editor to provide a community with the latest developments on the transfer market by giving them an update, which most of the users never bother making for themselves. And I must've been huge work you've put into your update, it's amazing.

That said, I've been really annoyed that you've transferred players that haven't in real life been transferred. I can't think of many from the top of my head, but when I started editing further (because you said the update was made with the deadline of 16.07.2005), starting from transfers later than your date, I found many of them already done, although these transfers have been confirmed (by uefa.com) only a short time ago. For instance, Martin Petrov's transfer to Atletico Madrid was only announced on uefa.com today(!). Then Igli Tare, who's transfer was confirmed on uefa.com just yesterday. And uefa.com is probably the most trust-worthy football site in the world and the transfer articles come through there quite fast. So where have you taken your information from, man? You can't make an update for a whole community based on speculative transfer news and stuff like that. And another transfer that has not taken place, is Voskoboinikov from FC Brussels. You've transferred him to Norway's Bodo/Glimt. But that's crap, he's still in Belgium, and it seemes he won't be moving north anyways. Of course some of you might argue that this is too much transfer with low-importance, but that's even more crap for obvious reasons.

you have players like Wieghorst, Lambert, Le Saux, Smetsch, Chimenti, Ferrara, Latal, Batistuta etc. on 3-4 years of holiday, why is that? Le Saux, Lambert, Batistuta, Ferrara - aren't they rather retired?

you've got lots of players set on free agents that you think have their contracts expired. these include McManamanamanan, Marius Niculae etc. Imho, i prefer seeing them play their last year of contract at their clubs, rather than seeing them on a free. Are you sure Niculae's contract has ended, btw? And i'm am rather confident that Azar Karadas does not have his contract with Benfica expired, but you've set him as a free agent. He just joined Portsmouth on a season long loan, for crying out loud.

i don't want to be rude, but i was hoping for a better update. credits to you for the hard work though.

Well i think your update has come leaps and bounds. I do remember the 1st 1 you released on the boards and it was crap. But hats off to you this is a good update & with some fine tuning it could be a great update! Ignor the few who always like to moan, as your always going to have that corner of idiots.

I agree with Josefk, its jumping the gun a little bit, but its your update. I make updates myself ( not transfer updates, more added playability ) and know how time consuming and tiring it can be, so I won't judge just yet
