I'm not being a p***k, but i have been on this site for ages, and i've been on this forum for 1 week, and the standard of replies is absolutley poo! No one replies compared to the general topic forum, is there a moderator, or is this bit uncared about?

As you can see, I too have been on this site for ages (in fact being registered almost 5 years longer than you), and think it's quite annoying that people find it necessary to randomly slag off the forum and it's members.

I think your post is a little out of order mate,everytime i come on here and post etc everyone is always very helpful.

On the topic title alone, I point you to the rulesof this forum.

Notice the second bulleted point in EdL's post.

Please take a moment to think about the title of your topic before posting. This is what will attract people to the topic. Titles like 'Help!!!' are useless. If you want help moving the menubar to the right, then a title like 'Moving the menubar to the right' would be a good title. Remember to be as descriptive as possible in the actual topic too. Incomplete topic titles such as 'How do I......' will be closed immediately. These kind of topics are extremely irritating. Also, no topics aimed at individuals or SI are recommended either. The better your topic title, the more likely it is to be read. Everyone will read the more descriptive topics first and the least descriptive ones last.


Now... I think I've made a point there. Yes you may get a larger response in other forums. But that's generally because there's a bigger audience.

If you opened a thread here titled: "I love Maureen Lipman!", you'll probably get a few raised eyebrows and maybe a warning. You do that in the OTF and you'll get a barrage of posts from people who, like you, also find the actress attractive.

At the end of the day, you've done yourself no favours by posting this thread and you've only invited a hoard of critisism from fellow members.
