First of all we would like to apologise all of our fans for making you wait for such a long time. We had some hardware problems and we even got an holiday so it was hard to do it but here it is:
World leagues:
-worldwide transfers from many leagues, including England, Russia, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Greece, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Turkey, Czech Republic, Israel, Scotland, Switzerland and much more⦠All updated at 14.08.2005,
-latest transfers from South America
-latest transfers from Eastern Europe: Croatia, Romania, Ukraine etc
-managers changes from the whole world, mapped at 14.08.2005,
-added and fixed career histories of many players from the whole world,
-added and deleted players injuries and disqualifications,
-deleted double and dead players,
-thousands out of time loans deleted,
-huge amount of young talented players added
-fixed many players contract length
-many player retirements included,
-players contract length was altered,
-fixed names, potentials, positions and relations between players,
-fixed some team names,
-changes in the board of some clubs, for example Sanz in Parma
-more realistic budgets in many clubs
-fixed errors with few clubs colours,
-deleted many non-existant, deceased and doubled persons from database
-fixed bugs with version 1.0

Just started a new game with Chelsea (official data, Im at the end of july) so Ill quit and give this update a try, never used one of your updates before eithers.
What database did you use a the base? The official SI update from march?

I started a new game with Chelsea (no problems btw), but unfortunately, the league histories arent updated. Meaning Man Utd plays Arsenal for the FA Community shield

Editing competition history is meaningless -
if we have added information for the next season (2004) then the game would not show it anyway, so what's the point of editing it?
On second hand overwriting data from the last season would mean that there were no such season in game - statistics would be corrupted and we try to avoid that as much as we can.

SI made a small mistake with their official data update. They already added the 2004 history for the intercontinental cup, so after that match is played, there are two entries for 2004.
Couldnt you just add a second set of entries for 2004? Because I dont think that would be such a problem and the upside is that you will have correct super cup matches, and Liverpool playing in the CL.
