Is there any real time editor that can add a second nationality to a player?

not specifically add a second nationality but when using mcfm and loading it the day your player is selected to play a home national game if you change his nationality until the game is played he will revert back to initial nationality but when looking on player>personal he would have as other nationalities the one you selected before he played the national team game.
