Downloaded Matts Trainning from FMdownloads.net but when i save it in schedules file nothin appears to be there when i try to import it into the game. please help

If you had FM06 previously on your computer the default setting may still be the old FM06\scheduals folder. try to locate the correct one.
Also make sure that the file ext. is the correct one (*.tsh)

its saving it as a .rar ext, how do i change it to .tsh?

You will need to download an .rar compression tool (its like a .zip file)

then follow this link and download my training schedules, not bigging myself up but there easily the best i've tryed and i've tryed them all!, http://www.fmdownloads.net/index.php?&direction=0&order...y=FM%202007/Training , then select - copy of training schedules by jp.rar,
