When you get this report from your assistant, is there something that you should do with the people who have not been doing good in training!? or is it just a gimic of the game and not realy important!?

Personally I do not think it is accurate enough for you as Manager to use it usefully. Players who are reported as training badly are usually injured or returning from injury because the report is generated from reviewing player attributes, which can drop for a number of reasons. I suggest that you ignore them and do not use them as any reason to discipline players.

Mostly for me it's the defenders who is abd in attack training and attackers bad in defensive training. That is like stupid because i don't think that that really amtters. It would perhaps matter more if attackers drop in attacking training?

I agree with Frazt. This report is not adequate.

My Ajax assman reported about Verthongen that he will never turn to quality player and should be transfer listed, while the player made 8-rating performances in a row, and not only domestic games, but in UEFA Cup and Belgium U-21 team as well.

Anyway, this report is sometimes usefule when it points out possible stars in your 2nd or youth team.

Anyway - you have an overview about players training results, you know your plans to the future and players abilities on the pitch, so you should be able to decide yourself.
