No matter what i do, all my players train *****, most have red arrows going down, bout 2 have all green arrows, and some have nothing, my coaching is 4 stars and the workout is medium, but still no good resukts, ive tried having lots og good coaces, that duidnt work, then i tried have 1-2 coaches per area eg. a coach with 18 attcking ablily and that dont work either, how do i get all players on green arrows, or at least most?
