Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default Different training schedules for different positions?

This is my first post so go easy, ive just discovered the "make your own training schedule" now do u do different training schedules for the different positions of your team, ie goalkeeper, defender, midfield etc, so in the end you end up with 5 different schedules?

Go to the training screen and select schedules, new, give your new schedule a name and then set the 9 disciplines to the level you require- do this for each position. Have a look at the main training threads on here to get advice on which attributes are affected by training to help you.

Yep, set one up for Goalie, Defence, Midfield and Attack. You take it even further by adding def mid and att mid.

They will need strength and aerobic training (at least medium) and then you can focus on the specifics. Don't go above medium overall though as you're likely to get lots of injuries.

I have 5 separate schedules each with a preseason (intensive) and season (heavy). I normally switch to seasonal before my last friendly and rarely get injuries from training during the season.
