Hi! I'm a Belgian FM-player since Championship Manager '97-'98 and since I'm from Belgium I usually play in the Jupiler League. I start off unemployed (always) and take what becomes/is available. Thanks to the new Update SPORTING LOKEREN OVl is up for grabs, so that's my new team. Problem is: I've already tried 3-4 different tactics but none of 'em REALLY works (I don't care for 8th place, I want AT LEAST TOP-5) Anyway, I'm kinda hoping that somebody will put good links to good tactics here or something, I don't know...

There are many great threads in this forum with all sorts of help about designing and interpreting tactics so have a look through them and try some of the successful tatcics posted. Look also in here for guidance from the FM tactics bible.
Yeah I know, I've looked and looked and looked and the only tactics I've found were tactics for the Premier League. I've already GOT a good one for the Premier League (won the title with West Ham twice (in 2008-2009 and 2009-2010). The point is: I'm in desperate need for one that works (very) well in BELGIUM. So please don't slag me off, help me instead.
