Hi

I am confused about training

When the players train there seems to be a category eg Def Att , then there seems to be 3 different colours , yellow , green , and orange

Is this right

Green - Improved in that area
Yellow - Nothing much
Orange - Got worse , which does that make his ability worse eg if it was shooting would shooting drop down from 15 to 13 for example

That's right, but those specific arrows you are talking about show minor changes that may never translate to visible changes. I actually don't use them at all, I think they are not very helpful. The attribute progression (in the player's profile)screen and the training graphs (in the player's training screen) are much more helpful, I think.
