Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

How do I go about it? I want a few youht players to be tutored off some of the senior players but can't find the option that allows you to do it.

Thanks

Player interaction. Then it totally on the bottom.

You can select the player to learn from there.

Watch for these things:

Senior player must have high Determination is you select the Mental aspect of game.

Senior player must have skills in the position screen if you select the last option on the screen.

Senior player must have same character (eg. Determined, Proffesional etc.) AND skills in the position screen to select option 1, therefor learning mental aspect as well as the skills of the senior player.

This last choice is great if you have a good player (especially the proffesional ones). I actually trained a midfielder to become almost an exact duplicate of Edgar Davids in my Ajax season.
