Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default Team and individual instructions- the relationship

I am a little confused about how the two relate to each other. If I have a attacking team mentality - say 15- then what would be an approriate individual mentality for my players.
Also if I am a weaker or strog team how would this mentality change and what am i to do if i go behind to an Arsenal or Chelsea? Is there a rule of thumb for this. I have tweaked alot - maybe too much and don't just want to download something and hey presto but experiment like Jose Mourinho

if you read the instruction manual you will find that there is no relation between team and individual mentalities. If you select an individual mentality then the team mentality will not apply for that player.

ie: if you tick an indiviual mentality for every one of your player, then the team mentality does nothing.
