How to use downloaded tactics?

Hey I have downloaded a few tactics which are in the .tac format.So how do I use these tactics.Which folder should I save them into?

Will the tactics work if I am already playing the game or do I have to start a new game to use the tactic?

go into 'my documents/sports interactive/tactics and put the formations in there.

Now they should be in your tactics screen

You dont need to start a new game

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.
