i wasn't asking for a tactic. it quite clearly said that if someone has one that works then 'advice' would be welcome. why would i want someone to advise me if they'd never devised a working tactic with the team im managing?

I have told you to repost the thread but be detailed with the instructions you are struggling with. Which bit of that do you not understand? Noone will help if you don't be more specific and more detailed about your problems. This is the tatcics forum and if someone needs help then they need to clear and detailed. We are not going to offer advice as we no nothing about the way you play. If you read this comment in the first reply I gave when I locked your thread, you'd have saved all this nonesene.

It doesn't matter if the person as never played Coventry before on the game, tactics are tactics regardless of team. So offering advice is quite easy.

Now really, serious, I suggest you think really careful and hard before you post again.
