Can someone please tell me, I have searched the forum for ages, which is the best form of player interaction/player link to be used when passing on Prefered moves.
I have just signed Inigo Idiakez at the ripe old age of 35 for my lower league team and would love him to pass on his PPMs of Run with ball, place shots, long range passes ans switch play to my young midfielder playing along side him.
Is it best to get him as "Role Model" or "learn" or whatever they are known as in this version or will they all have the same effect and pass on his PPM's
Any help will be brilliant. Thank you

Prefered Moves? How to pass them on quickly? Post #2
The last option is best. I dont know exactly what it says again. But its the last option. Then they'll learn the prefered moves and (almost) no mental skills.

Do you mean when you choose the reasons for why a young player should work with a senior one? The game gives you 3 choices, I think the last one was "could learn from them" or something.
Depending on which option you choose, it actually effects what the player learn??

The Lambs, I am afraid I have tested this in FM08 myself. There is no difference between the three tutoring options. Sometimes they yield different results, but for no apparent reason (there is no pattern).
