The club I manage has excellent youth facilities and a Youth Academy. After reading the tips in the game, I have recruited 4 Youth Coaches (2 ranked at 18 for working with Youth and 2 at 15 - being my first season at Derby I could not get better rated than that for specialist youth coaches).
Will this have any effect I wonder? Is there anything else I should do?
The first few times I played I only had one specialist youth coach and the graduates from my Academy were pants - I hope I can improve this.

As far as I know, the number of Youth Coaches you have makes no appreciable difference in the quality of player generated by your youth academy. The only factors are the quality of the youth academy at the club and the reputation of the club. Youth coaches are only useful for training the players that have already been generated, but if the players that are generated all have low-to-mid-range PAs, they're never going to develop into anything useful to a high-level club.

Thanks Brend, seems like I read too much into the training tutorial where it says "although your assistant manager and first team coaches will take both first team training and overview youth development, you'll need specific Youth Team coaches to focus on your Academy development"
