Just finished second season with Arsenal and had an offer from Valencia for Sagna

They've offered £16.5million up front and 25% sell on clause!

Should I sell? if so, who could replace him?

Its probably too late, but if you've sold him then big mistake. One of the best RB's in the game imo. Only Alves, Lahm are better and Maicon is as good. And you wont get any of them for a resonable price. Big, big mistake if you ask me.

i'd sell him for that amount, and you have a ready made replacement in eboue who is just as good after a couple of seasons. if you've sold him then look at the players mentioned above
