Stancu is most definitely on FM08. He costs tidbits like 250K or something. Good youngster.
If you want RVN, I think you'll have to wait till he's about 32. He then becomes a backup at R.Madrid and you can get him cheap. But his stats start dropping so no point in doing that. At the start of the game you can forget about getting him cheap. He's their best striker so they wont give him up without a fight.
There are so many better strikers on the game who you could get anyway. Stancu is good but not for a club like Man Utd. I'd say look at guys like Briand, Benzema, Cavani, Vela, Fred etc.
thanks for that. I'm in the second season and already have Rooney, Tevez, Cavani, Owen, Martins, Pandev. I know i will need to sell at least two of them (Owen & Martins) and i wanted to use these funds to buy RVN. Are there any other strikers that are of his quality and would bang the goals in for Man U.
Benzema & Vela have already moved to Arsenal & Chelsea, so there is no chance of me getting them, but maybe Fred. My scouts says that he would only be a good signing and would cost me around £40m. Please advise.
You dont need any more strikers dude! Even if you sell Martins & Owen (which you should), the other 4 are all great. Any of them will bang in goals for you.
40M is a little steep for anyone tbh. Fred is phenomenol but I wouldnt spend that much on him. If you still need other strikers and are not averse to spending truck loads on money on any one player, I'd look at getting Ibrahimovic or Bojan. Samuel Eto'o is another great striker. Bojan would probably the wise choice as the others are not particularly young anymore.
