I have two MC who have forward arrows to the attacking winger positions so require a left and right player who can play well in the centre as well on the wing.
Im in third season and about £12M to spend for the two, although if needed I can extend that to just one if superb.

Giulio Migliaccio is a great player and is a natural in 4 different positions (DMC, MC, ML & MR). I dont know how much he'll cost though. He went to Napoli for about 6M in my game (rejected my contract the tit!).
Andres D'Alessandro is another one and should be available in your budget. Luka Modric is one you should definitely target. Great player. You could look at guys like Scott Brown, Sulley Ali Muntari, Fernando Belluschi, Kuzmanovic, Cani, Arshavin (great!), Vailatti, Valdivia.
There are many more. Just do a player filter and you'll find plenty.

Any others? Looks like Breno is off to Liverpool, so I've a little more money to spend. Can stretch tyo £15-17M overall now.

Ashavin and Defour would do a good job. Defour retrains in little or no time and is a very effective winger.
